- Implemented support bot “Ask Marissa” to handle user queries on product & HR best practices, continuously trained on product documentation & our blogs. 🔗

Using the existing “Inbox” feature of our’s enabled leaders to get quick insights about reports, once can just “Chat with data”. Just move any report to “Inbox” where “Marissa AI” is the other participant. All the leaders need at the end of the day are just charts & graphs.
